I am a California Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent, both APN&CSA- and NNA-certified.

I offer mobile notary services throughout Southern California. My services are rooted in extensive notary and loan document singing training, and I established Fennelly Mobile Notary to assure clients that hiring a mobile notary will be a stress-free and fast process resulting in timely and ACCURATE documentation. I have successfully passed an FBI and DOJ background check through Livescan as well as a certification and background check through the National Notary Association (NNA).

To date I have notarized, witnessed and closed more than a THOUSAND loans, from Refis to HELOCs, Reverse Mortgages, Purchases, Sales, etc.

I pride myself on my responsiveness and communication skills whether the client is a signing service, title, lender, escrow, or a general notary request. I will ALWAYS confirm that I've received your work order, I will ALWAYS confirm with the signers/borrowers the signing date, time, and location, and I will ALWAYS let you know as soon as the job has been completed and what, if any, issues arose. I guarantee my work and will make sure it is done correctly and if for any reason it is not, then I will re-do the work at no charge.

Please check out my site to see a list of my qualifications and make sure to bookmark my page for all your notary needs. I am also on Yelp under Fennelly Mobile Notary in the city of Escondido, CA.

Before I become a Notary Public, I worked in the public relations field, primarily in the high tech arena helping companies such as Lotus Development Corp, Sun Microsystems, Peregrine Systems and Western Digital articulate their product strategies and messages through the media to their target publics. I loved and still love the public relations discipline because I truly believe that properly targeted executed communications campaigns and initiatives are critical in advancing any organization’s overall business goals.

After my children were born (Mia now 14, and Liam now 11), I became a stay-at-home mom and quickly took on the additional roles of nurse, coach, tutor, chauffer, cook, house cleaner, laundress, concierge, you name it... But in spite of all this excitement, I longed to be in the work force and to contribute once again to our family's finances. So as soon as the kids were off to school, I became a notary public first, and then a certified loan signing agent.

My husband and moved to the San Diego area from Boston in early 2000 after a relocation offer. We were a bit worried because we were leaving both sides of our family behind but really, it's San Diego! This place is perfect! We do miss our families but we travel back and forth a lot but we have not regretted our coast-to-coast move since.

Our family enjoys hiking, cycling and spending time together like most families do. I am fluent in both Arabic and French (thanks to my Lebanese heritage). I am an avid cook and baker, I enjoy pal-ing around with my kids and taking them to the beach, etc. (OK, so the bit about the beach is a lie; I take them, I just hate every minute of it–the sand…ugh…don’t get me started…) I love to read, love to keep up with international politics and, like most women I know, I live for shopping, especially for shoes!
Education
My professional experience is complemented by a bachelor’s degree in French Literature from Boston College, and a Master’s degree in Management Communication and Public Relations from Emerson College.
